Merani said she needs to praise the celebration with warriors posted in the Valley.
Strikingly, Merani had endeavored to spread out the tricolor in Srinagar on August 15, 2016. Be that as it may, she was banished from doing as such.
"Last time, I was ceased at the air terminal itself, and I needed to spread out the banner there. Notwithstanding, I will ensure I do it this time at Lal Chowk," said Merani.
She undermined to sit on hunger strike on the off chance that specialists prevent her again from spreading out the tricolor in Srinagar.
