Iconic daily comedy show – 'Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah' (TMKOC) recently completed a remarkable 3100 episodes. India's much-loved television sitcom is in its 13th year of uninterrupted run. It is India's only family show that cuts across demographics to entertain audiences with humour. The show's success is also attributed to its close connection with Indian society which it represents through its storyline and its characters. No wonder, the show's Gokuldhaam Society which has become a landmark by itself, is often referred to as 'Mini India'.
 
And now, with the creators of the world's longest-running comedy show ramping up efforts to capitalize on its flagship brand's popularity, with the introduction of the show's animated version titled – 'Taarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashmah', is a step in the direction which will be followed by the launch of some very exciting merchandise for children.

1. Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal
 
 
According to a report on india.com, Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal gets a remuneration of approximately Rs 1.5 lakh per episode and is the highest-paid actor on the show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'.
 
2. Shailesh Lodha aka Tarak Mehta
 
 
Since July 2008, Shailesh Lodha is known to essay the role of Tarak Mehta on the sitcom 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'. He reportedly gets around Rs 1 lakh per episode.
 

 

3. Mandar Chandwadkar aka Aatma Ram Bhide
 
 
One of the prominent characters on the show, ''Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', Mandar Chandwadkar charges Rs 80,000 per episode. 
 
4. Munmum Dutta aka Babitaji
 
 
Munmum Dutta reportedly charges anywhere between rs 35,000-50,000 per episode. 
 
5. Amit Bhatt aka Champak Lal
 
 
As per media reports, Amit Bhatt, who essays the role of Jethalal's father Champak Lal on the show, reportedly gets paid Rs 70,000-80,000 per episode.
