Actor Vikram’s Saamy 2 to roll from June or July

Saamy 2, the formidable sequel to Saamy starring Vikram and directed by Hari, will begin its taking pictures from June or July this year. The duo is coming collectively after a decade.
Vikram is busy juggling between Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram and a but-untitled action flick with Vijay Chander. There were reviews that the shoot of Saamy 2, which reunites Vikram and director Hari after a decade, is likely to be postponed due to the alternative two initiatives. but, the movie’s manufacturer Shibu Thameens has quashed rumours. “Pre-production paintings is already underway. We start shooting from June or July. There may be no put off inside the commencement of shoot.”
Vikram will return as the new headed, foul-mouthed and uptight cop Aarusaamy in the sequel which also stars Trisha Krishnan, and it will likely be her 1/3 collaboration with Vikram in addition to Hari. Harris Jayaraj has been roped in to compose the tunes and the makers are finalising the rest of the solid.
It isn't always sure whether Vikram will retain the same look for the sequel or will go through a makeover. speak at the audio launch of Iru Morgan in 2016, Hari said that he had plans to make Saamy 2 plenty earlier, however, matters one way or the other didn’t fall in the area. He even said that the sequel may be larger than the first element both in terms of scale and imaginative and prescient.
