Bharat Ane Nenu beats Baahubali 2 in Chennai

Bharat Ane Nenu starring Superstar Mahesh Babu which was released on 20th April, is running successfully at the box office. According to the traders report, Bharat Ane Nenu has crossed a total share of Rs 1.65 Cr in Chennai city alone and has crushed the collection record of SS Rajamouli’s historic and war drama Baahubali 2:The Conclusion, which earned Rs 1.65 Cr in Chennai City in its Full run. Baahubali 2 :The Conclusion starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Ramya Krishna and others.
After two back-to-back flops (Brahmotsavam and Spyder), Mahesh Babu delivered his career’s biggest hit in the form of Bharat Ane Nenu, directed by Srimanthudu fame Koratala Siva. On Sunday, Bharat Ane Nenu has breached into the Rs 200 Cr club and emerged as one of the biggest blockbuster.
Bharat Ane Nenu is all about the story of a young London returned Mahesh Babu who entered politics and takes over the Chief Minister’s chair after the sudden demise of his father. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani played the love interest of Mahesh Babu in Bharat Ane Nenu and this film marks her Telugu debut.
Very Soon Mahesh Babu will join the sets of Vamsi Paidipally’s project. Recently Mahesh Babu has also joined hands with Sukumar for Mahesh 26, which will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
