Chunky Pandey has dazed everybody as a threatening person in "Begum Jaan" trailer, and the performer says he didn't know whether he would get that part in the film.
"After the arrival of 'Housefull', I was trying out for 'Begum Jaan' and individuals on the sets were instructing me to state discoursed like 'Aakhri Pasta' (his character in 'Housefull'). At the back of my mind I thought I would not get the film," Chunky told PTI.
"In any case, Srijit was certain he needed me to have this malicious impact. He needed me to lose genuine Chunky Pandey... He needed the world to see my abhorrent side. He saw the evilness in me and he needed to acquire that out 'Begum Jaan'," he says.
Brandishing a bare pate, kohl-lined eyes and tobacco-recolored teeth, Chunky uncovers his significant other neglected to remember him in this new symbol.
"My better half couldn't remember me. The entire identity has changed. She generally thought I am a miscreant and I needed to demonstrate her correct so I did 'Begum Jaan'," he says.
"I was minimal safe (about the look) subsequent to seeing myself I was upbeat. You don't get a film like 'Begum Jaan' ordinary in your profession. Srijit constrained me to lose my character, with this dreadful, nearly uncovered look.
The film additionally highlights Naseeruddin Shah, Rajat Kapoor, Ashish Vidyarthi and Gauahar Khan.
Srijit's 1947-set film "Begum Jaan" which is a change of his Bengali motion picture "Rajkahini, will release this Friday.
