Fluffy Omelette Recipe


Ingredients:

1.2 Eggs
2.1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirchi)
3.Salt to taste
4.2 tbsp Milk
5.1/2 tsp Curry Leaves Powder (Kari Patta)
6.1 tsp Oil

How to make a fluffy omelette

1.Separate the egg whites and yolks in two bowls.
2.Add the chilly powder, milk and the curry powder to the yolk. beat thoroughly with a wooden spoon and keep aside.
3.Beat the white of the eggs until fluffy and double the volume in a stainless steel basin.(use a balloon whisk or an egg beater- beat the egg white at the 4.last moment just before you mix it with the yolks.
5.Add the yolk mixture to the egg whites. mix thoroughly.
6.Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the egg mixture.
7.Cook on both sides until light brown in colour.
8.Remove from the flame and serve hot.
