The Bathinda district administration has once again denied permission for organizing Sarbat Khalsa in Talwandi Sabo. Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori said that the permission has been denied keeping in mind the law and order situation. “We had sought a report from SSP Bathinda.
