Chocolate Valentine Cheesecake Recipe


Ingredients:

1.3 packages Cream Cheese (softened)
2.3/4 cup Sugar (Cheeni)
3.3 Eggs
4.1 tsp Vanilla Extract
5.2 cup semi-sweet Chocolate (divided)
6.1 extra serving-size packaged Cracker Crumb Crust
7.2 tblsp Whipping Cream

How to make chocolate valentine cheesecake:

1.Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl.
2.Combine eggs and vanilla and mix all of them well.
3.Stir in 1-2/3 cup small chocolate chips; pour into crust.
4.Bake mixture in a preheated oven at 280 c for 10 minutes.
5.After 10 minutes of baking reduce temperature to 180 c and bake for more 30 minutes until set.
6.Remove from oven to wire rack.
7.Let it cool completely.
8.Cover it and refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
9.Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in a microwave bowl.
10.Microwave at the high level till chips are melted and a mixture is smooth when stirred, it will take about 20-30 seconds.
11.Let it cool slightly.
12.Spread over top of cheesepie.
13.Refrigerate it for 15 minutes so that topping is fully set.
14.Cover and refrigerate leftover cheesepie.
