1. Spiced Milk
 
Even our mothers have told us about the importance of  this one as kids. The important ingredient here is the turmeric but add some cinnamon, black pepper and ginger to enhance the taste. The warmth that masala chai offers is one that has stood its ground over time and generations, with its aromatic familiarity and timeless power to soothe the mood.
