Doctor meets baby girl through glass door as she cries. Viral video has Twitter in tears

A video of a doctor meeting his daughter through a glass door as she cries and tries to open it has gone viral.

While all of us are staying at home to fight the novel coronavirus outbreak, doctors are at the forefront staying away from their families. These superheroes are risking their lives to save others and in the process are sacrificing time with their loved ones.

A heartbreaking video of one such incident has been going viral. Twitter handle, ThePlacardGuy shared the video with the caption, "This has made me real sad. (sic)"

The clip shows a little girl walking towards the door of her house. Across the glass door, you can see her father, dressed in his scrubs and wearing a face mask. The father then sits down and says hi to her from the other side of the door. The girl tries to open it and cries, as she wants to meet her father and touch him but can’t.

He also looks at her lovingly but doesn’t open the door because he knows it is the right thing to do. He gives her a flying kiss while the baby girl continously tries to open the door. This act by the father also shows the importance of social distancing.

The video left Twitterati in tears. Have a look at some of the comments.

This video shows why doctors are our superheroes.
