When doctors told Hrithik Roshan he would never be able to dance again

Hrithik Roshan is one of the finest dancers in the Bollywood industry.

Known as the Greek God of Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan is the exemplary definition of sexy looks, perfectly ripped body, and insane dancing skills.  While we have some magnificent actors in tinsel town who have killer moves, there are very few who can dance like him. However, do you know that Hrithik Roshan was once told by doctors that he wouldn't be able to dance? Today, on the occasion of International Dance Day, Hrithik Roshan spoke about the importance of dance in his life.

Recently, in an interview with Hindustan Times, the actor spoke about the time when doctors told him that he could never dance again. Hrithik was quoted as saying, "There was a time in my life when the doctors had told me that I will never be able to dance again. I danced my way through that phase, too (smiles)." Further, the actor spoke about the importance of dancing and said, "Dancing is a great way to stay fit. It helps you burn calories, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and also keeps one upbeat and happy. I have also introduced my mom and kids to it and they love it."

Furthermore, when he was asked about his favourite dance numbers, the actor replied by saying, "It is tough to choose just one favourite song of mine to dance to. But my top favourites are Deva Shree Ganesha (Agneepath; 2012), Dhoom Again (Dhoom 2; 2006), Bang Bang (Bang Bang; 2014) and Ek Pal Ka Jeena (Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai; 2000)."

On the professional front, Hrithik Roshan will be next seen in Vikas Bahl directorial Super 30 which is based on Anand Kumar, the mathematician from Bihar who coaches children from backward communities to help them crack the elite IIT examination. The film has been in a pool of controversies ever since its shoot wrapped up. First Anand Kumar, on whom the film is based, was accused of cheating people. Them director Vikas Bahl was accused of sexual harassment during the wave of Me Too Movement, This resulted in postponing the release date of the film many times.
