Weeks after the Narendra Modi government banned utilization of old Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes, numerous deceitful exercises in the saving money part has gone to the fore.

The Enforcement Directorate and CBI on Thursday did assaults at co-operative banks in various parts of Kerala.

ED directed assaults at Kannur, Kozhikode, and Thrissur while the CBI authorities led assessments of records of locale co-agent banks in Kollam and Malappuram.

These strikes are being led to check the records of stores after November 8.
