    10. Gets 3.88 crore donations on Ramnavmi
     
    As Hindus and Muslims both, offer their services to Shirdi Sai baba, so it is the place where one can meet both the religion. The Shrine offers mental peace, so people offer donations. In the past three years, The Shirdi Sai Baba Trust received donations from 94 countries, which includes US dollars’ worth Rs.10,54,00,000, followed by British Pounds of Rs.1,60,00,000 value ,Dirham worth Rs.1,01,00,000, Canadian Dollar valuing at Rs.99 Lakh, Australian Dollar worth Rs.68 Lakh, Malaysia donated Rs.66 lakh , Euro valuing at Rs.54 lakh and Singapore Dollar of Rs.51lakh and many more.
     
    9. Every day 60,000 people visits
     
    It is estimated that figures also increases during the weekends and these figures also   gets hike during the auspicious occasion of Gurupoornima, Dussera, and Ram navmi. People have developed much devotion for the temple and that’s why Trust always tries to provide more facilities to the devotees.
     
    8. Malaysian Government wants to take Shirdi Airport
     
    It is known by the sources that Malaysian Government gave proposal to Maharashtra Government.They offered bid. The Malaysian government expressed their interest of owing Shirdi Airport for increasing their business in India. They were ready to pay thecost of Rs. 1500 crores.
     
    7. Once a person donated 110 crore
     
    Shirdi Sai Baba temple enjoys the riches of the rich devotees and love of poor one. Although there are innumerable devotees of Shirdi Sai baba but one of them includes K.V Ramani, who is the founder of NASSCOM. When he was not founding successful in industrial firms, then he donated 80 percent of his income to Shirdi Sai baba Trust. In 2012, he donated Rs.110 crores for an Ashram, which accommodates 14,000 devotees.No need to say, Shirdi Sai baba accepted his offerings.
     
    6. Shirdi has higher Average Literacy rate 
     
    The Shirdi has higher average literacy rate then national average literacy rate. According to the survey of 2011, Shirdi possess average literacy rate of 70 per cent consisting male literacy of 76 per cent and female literacy includes 62 per cent but if we check national average literacy rate it came 59.5 per cent.
     
    5. Firstly the temple was private
     
    The fascinating temple which is standing at the Shirdi was constructed in1922, four years after the death of Sai Baba, and then it was owned by Shrimant Gopalrao, who was a millionaire and devotee of Sai Baba. Now it is Sri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust.
     

     
     

    4. 50k devotees started movement when temple refused donation

    The Sri Sai Baba Sansthan trust has ample amount of fixed deposit of Rs.1, 413crore, they can be in nationalised bank. It also possesses 376 kg of gold which costs Rs.100 crores, silver worth value of Rs.14crore. The trust has diamond of Rs7crore. The temple runs on the donation.
     
    3. Maximum Foreign Donations
     
    The various data has proved that the shrine of Sai Baba has a place in the heart of Indian, Non Resident Indians and others too. The reason must be that the Shirdi Sai baba fulfils the wishes of everyone who loves him with purity. Discussing about the online Donation,Sri Sai Baba Sansthan informed that in 2014-15 the amount was Rs. 2, 46, 42,244 and hopefully it will go higher day by day.
     
    2. One Can easily visit Temple
     
    The Government has connected Sainagar Shirdi with dozen of trains. The devotees can come from different parts of India. Not only this, the visitors also come from Kolkata, and Pune. The train takes 29 hours from Pune and 26 hours from Kolkata.
     
    1. Sri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust is also offering hospital facility
     
    The Sri Sai Baba Sansthan is making different efforts for the devotees. They want to use the donations in welfare purpose in Shirdi. From the donations of this magnificent temple, the Sri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust has started two hospitals and number of schools. Thetrust organises free Prasad distribution which includes ladoos , offering Annadaan to the needy persons, residential facilities at reasonable rates to the devotees.
