Gita ke Updesh: महाभारत के युद्ध में जब अर्जुन दुविधा में थे। मन संशय में घिरा हुआ था। कोई रास्ता सूझ नहीं रहा था, तब भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने उन्हें जीवन दर्शन का ऐसा रास्ता दिखाया, जो पूरी दुनिया के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत है। इसे श्रीमदभगवत् गीता के नाम से जाना जाता है। इस ग्रंथ का हर एक श्लोक जीवन के अलग-अलग पक्षों में आपका मार्गदर्शन करता है। हम आपको गीता के ऐसे पांच उपदेश बताते हैं, जिन्हें अपनाकर आप अपने जीवन में सफलता हासिल कर सकते हैं।
कर्म में विश्वास
गीता का उपदेश है कि हर व्यक्ति को कर्म में विश्वास करना चाहिए क्योंकि ये जगत ही कर्मलोक है। कर्म आपके हाथ में है, परिणाम नहीं,.इसलिए कर्म पर ध्यान लगाएं। कर्म के अनुरूप परिणाम तय है।
मोह और माया का त्याग करें
भगवान कृष्ण कहते हैं कि इंसान हर वक्त अपनी कामनाओं और इच्छाओं में डूबा रहा है और यही उसके सभी दुखों का कारण है। अगर वो इससे मुक्त होकर अपना कर्तव्य निभाए, तभी उसका जीवन सार्थक होगा।
बुद्धि का नाश करता है क्रोध
गीता में श्रीकृष्ण ने कहा है कि शांत चित्त में भगवान का वास है। जब मनुष्य पर क्रोध छाता है तो उसकी बुद्धि सही निर्णय नहीं ले पाती, इसलिए क्रोध का त्यागकर व्यक्ति को जीवन के लक्ष्यों की तरफ बढ़ना चाहिए।
समभाव में सुख
भगवान कृष्ण व्यक्ति को हर परिस्थितियों में एक सा रहने की सीख देते हैं। गीता में कहा गया है कि सुख और दुख में व्यक्ति को एक जैसे ही रहना चाहिए क्योंकि कोई भी स्थिति स्थायी नहीं रहती है।
इंद्रियों पर वश से विजय
गीता में कहा गया है कि क्रोध, लोभ, मोह ये सब मानवीय इंद्रियों के दोष हैं। जो मनुष्य अपनी इंद्रियों और मन पर नियंत्रण करता है, उसकी सफलता निश्चित है।
