The Madhya Pradesh training office has guided model schools over the state to introduce shut circuit TV (CCTV) cameras, in a move to give security to understudies and educators inside the school, an official said on Tuesday.
The mandate was issued a few days back and the way toward introducing CCTV cameras in the schools has as of now began, said Anurag Jaiswal, Indore district education officer.
"It is an inviting stride taken to improve security in model schools for both the understudies and educators.
Cameras will be put according to principals' necessity in the schools," he told Hindustan Times.
Cameras will be set in spots where there is steady development of understudies, for example, outside classes and in passages.
The control space for the cameras will be introduced in the vital's office, a round transferred on the division's site, said.
