These are some steps following which you can be able to change your Google Play country.
Step 1: First of all, you have to open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
Step 2: Here, you need to tap Menu, then Account and then Country and profiles option.
Step 3: You have to tap the country where you want to add an account.
Step 4: Now, you need to follow the onscreen instructions to add a payment method to that country.
Step 5: The first payment method must be from the country you are adding a profile for. Once you create the profile you can add payment methods from other countries.
Step 6: This creates a new Google Payments profile linked to the new country. The Google Play Store will automatically change to the new country. It can take up to 24 hours to change.

Please note here that, you can be able to change your Google Play country only once per year. So if you change your country, you won’t be able to change it back for 1 year.
Also remember, in your new country, you won’t be able to use your Google Play balance that you have in your old country when you change your country.
