XIAOMI MI OUTDOOR BLUETOOTH SPEAKER LAUNCHED IN INDIA FOR A PRICE TAG OF $20

Earlier today, Xiaomi added yet another audio product to its already growing Indian portfolio. This time we’re looking at a budget-friendly speaker dubbed Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker. The announcement for the same was done by the company’s Vice President Manu Kumar Jain on his official Twitter handle.

 
 

XIAOMI MI OUTDOOR BLUETOOTH SPEAKER: SPECS, FEATURES
 
 
The all-new Bluetooth speaker comes features such as 5W sound output, long-lasting battery life and support for voice assistants. Talking about the design, the Bluetooth speaker is quite compact and light making it easier to carry anywhere around. Coming to the technical specifications, the speaker has a frequency response of 20 to 20KHz.
 
For connectivity, there is an AUX port along with Micro-USB for charging the speaker. The product also makes use of Bluetooth 5.0 for the connectivity. It is worth mentioning that these ports are all hidden behind the cover for a more cleaner look. The speaker comes with an IPX5 water resistance rating meaning it will be able to survive a few water splashes. Talking about the buttons, you will find a power button along with the play/pause button on one side of the speaker.
 
All of these is backed by a 2,000mAh battery packed inside that can deliver 20 hours of battery on a single charge. The speaker is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The speaker also comes with a loop strip making it easier to tag along.
 
PRICE, AVAILABILITY
 
Xiaomi Mi Outdoor Bluetooth speaker comes with a price tag of INR 1,999 (roughly $20). It is already up for grabs via the company’s official website.
