CHANDIGARH: Ahead of Central Bureau of Inverstigation (CBI) court's decision in the 15-year-old rape case of evidence against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, thousands policemen and paramilitary troops were conveyed in Punjab and Haryana with area 144 being forced in a few spots.
