Many football fans would give an arm and a leg to be in place of Arjun Kapoor. He hung out with ace footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo, in Madrid on Monday. For those not in the know, Arjun has entered into a special tie-up with the Spanish football league, La Liga, to promote the sport in the country.
Arjun shared a picture with the Portugese football star on his Instagram account, and it was liked by none other than Malaika Arora. Take a look for yourself.
Incidentally, when Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora announced their decision to end their 18-year-long marriage, fingers were pointed at Arjun Kapoor. Even though Arbaaz and Malaika insisted that they did not part ways "because of a third random person", rumours of her 'affair' with Arjun refused to die down.
Apparently, Arjun's father Boney Kapoor warned him to stay away from Malaika, and remain in the good books of Salman Khan. However, Arjun could not stay away from his ladylove and was spotted visting Malaika's apartment during the wee hours of the night, which added fuel to the fire.
Finally, Malaika broke her silence on the link-up rumours and told DNA, "Arjun is a very good friend of mine. But people give a very different meaning to it which isn't true."
According to reports, Arjun and Malaika's relationship fizzled out with time, and they had been wary of crossing paths ever since. It was being said that they did not want to provide fodder for gossip and therefore, had been maintaining a safe distance from each other.
However, Malaika's gesture proves that the stories doing the rounds about the two wanting to keep each other at arm's length are just baseless speculation.
