This Company Sells Bottled Water At Rs 65 Lakh Per Bottle & It’s Coming To The Indian Market
Tuesday, September 19, 2017 IST
A bottle of water that costs Rs. 65 lakh is going to hit the markets soon. No joke. If this was a James Bond scenario, this water would only be drunk by Miss Money-Paani. Sorry. But in all seriousness, The Beverly Hills Drink Company is introducing their series of luxury drinking water to the Indian markets, aptly titled Beverly Hills 9OH2O, and you know there's going to be at least some people bling enough to buy it *cough* Ambani *cough*
Designed by a renowned jeweller, the Diamond Edition of the Luxury Collection of Beverly Hills 9OH2O features a white gold cap set with over 600 G/VS white diamonds and over 250 black diamonds on each bottle. That's a total of 14 freakin' carats. According to Money Control, every bottle comes in a custom secured presentation case together with four engraved Baccarat crystal tumblers, and it is presented in person by famed water sommelier Martin Riese at a private water tasting anywhere in the world. You also get a one-year supply of the Lifestyle Collection of Beverly Hills 9OH2O.
The bottle contains spring water from 5,000 feet up in the pristine southern California Mountains. According to Jon Gluck, Co-founder and President, Beverly Hills Drink Company, “The taste of Beverly Hills 9OH2O is silky smooth, incredibly crisp, and remarkably light.”
The water is also naturally alkaline, electrolyte-rich, and high in healthy minerals. For those who can't exactly spend 65 lakh on water (fuckin' plebs), they also have sub products that range from Rs. 800-100 for a litre.
Beverly Hills 9OH2O should launch in India during mid 2018.
