Indian ganee ki kheer is made by boiling rice with sugarcane juice. Learn how to make this easy sweet dish.
Ingredients:
1.Sugarcane(ganna) juice: 1 litre
2.Basmati rice(chawal) : 100g
How to make ganee ki kheer:
1.Take a pan and heat the sugarcane juice in it.
2.Add rice to it and cook.
3.Keep the flame low.
4.Cook till the rice becomes tender,
5.When it seems that the juice and rice are done remove from the fire.
6.Cool in the refrigerator and serve.
