Kulbhushan Jadhav not to be hanged till ICJ's final decision hints Pakistan's agent Abdul Basit
New Delhi: Pakistani High Commissioner Abdul Basit on Sunday said that Islamabad will comply with the International Court of Justice's (ICJ) last judgment in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.
Be that as it may, the Pakistani agent in the meantime emphasized that household laws will overshadow ICJ's last judgment.
Talking only to The Times of India, Basit said Pakistan is resolved to take after the universal laws and it would submit to the ICJ decision of remaining Jadhav's death sentence.
"That is just with regards to temporary request that exclusive stays execution and it has no bearing at all on the value of the case," Pakistan's top remote arrangement guide told ToI.
The United Nations' top court as of late requested a stay on the execution of Jadhav. Judges at the ICJ decided that Jadhav must not be executed by Islamabad until they have had room schedule-wise to pass last judgment for the situation.
Jadhav was supposedly captured in a counter-insight assault in Balochistan in March 2016.
