Chandigarh: With Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh condemned to 20 years detainment in an assault case, hypotheses are overflowing over his successor.
Reports say that Ram Rahim's child Jasmeet, who was on Tuesday blessed the head of the Dera faction, will succeed him.
Reports additionally said that Jasmeet has the support of Ram Rahim's mom Nasib Kaur and spouse Harjit Kaur.
Nasib and Harjit are relied upon to meet the Dera chief in Rohtak to persuade him to name Jasmmet as his successor.
The names of Dera chief' received adopted daughter Honeypreet and Dera director Vipassana Insan are likewise doing the rounds.
Notwithstanding, Dera sources said rejected every one of the reports and said no such move yet has been started by the Dera administration. The primary need of the Dera will be to record an interest in the High court against the sentence articulated by the Special CBI court yesterday, the sources said.
