Jhanvi Kapoor and Shahid's brother Ishaan Khatter's Bollywood debut Sairat will go on floors this December.

While Sara Ali Khan is prepping up for her debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s film Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, her best friend, Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is all set to shine on the silver screen.
Amidst many speculations about her debut, it has come on the clean slate that Jhanvi will enter Bollywood with Karan Johar’s Sairat and who will be her ‘reel’ love interest? No points for guessing, her close friend, Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar.
Although the talks of the movie have been surfacing tinsel town for a while now, it has been confirmed that it will finally kick start on December 01.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Sairat will be the Hindi version of the Marathi blockbuster Sairat which was the first Marathi film to have entered the 100 crore club.
Meanwhile, Ishaan Khattar is already on his toes to make his debut with Academy Award winner Majid Majid's Beyond The Clouds with Malayalam actress Malavika Mohanan.
