The administrative body, has incorporated a proviso in 'AICTE endorsement handle handbook 2017-18' which guides designing establishments to discount the charges gathered from the understudies if the seat falling empty is in this manner filled by another competitor by the last date of affirmation. A preparing expense of up to Rs 1000 can be required by the establishment and proportionate month to month charge and lodging rent can be charged.
"The condition additionally precludes the AICTE endorsed specialized establishments from holding the school/organization leaving declarations," said a senior authority.
