Pinpoint similarity is noticed between the real and the reel life MS Dhoni as he just prepares to launch the shot. Sushant himself shared stories of how he stayed with MS Dhoni all the while during the shoot of the film to get into the habit of him being the actual MS Dhoni. It has to be said, that Sushant the actor played out his role perfectly as the film was a huge hit amongst the MS Dhoni fans.
