Kolkata Cop Comes To Rescue Of Student Who Forgot Exam Admit Card, Drives 5km To Get It For Her

Forgetting the exam hall ticket is any student's worst nightmare. Invigilators, more often than not, stop the students from entering the hall in such cases.

But we're sure this West Bengal student is thanking her lucky stars after a kind-hearted Kolkata cop offered to help her after she forgot her exam admit card.

According to reports, the Madhyamik candidate (class 10)  could not write her Mathematics paper after she left her exam admit card at home.

The student approached Sergeant Chaitanya Mallick, who was on duty near the centre, and narrated her situation to him.

The Jaiswal Vidyamandir for Girls near Maniktala and the student's residence was at Sahitya Parisath Street near Khanna crossing, reports PTI.

Sergeant Mallick then contacted the candidate’s mother, went to her house, brought the admit card and handed it over on time.

Overwhelmed with the help the student said “I will be indebted to him throughout my life. I wrote my paper well and that was possible only because of him."
