WHY TO FOLLOW THE VEGETARIANS WAY OF LIFE:
To understand this we have to first of all understand the Different Yoni's. The top most Yoni is Karam Yoni (where you can do work as per your wish) -only available to the Man kind. All other Yoni's are Bhog Yoni's. Even the residents of Swarg (Heaven) are also supposed to be eager to join this Yoni since one can do all type of Karam. Every person gets the next births in other Yoni's in other Jeevan (life) according to the Karams done in the Manav ( Mankind) Yoni which is a Karam Yoni. Even the resident of Swarag can not create any other good Karams while staying in the Swarag and they are only enjoying their good deeds which they have done in their Manav Yoni. As soon as the effect of their good deeds are over then they have to come back in the CYCLE OF DIFFERENT YONI'S. We will discuss this in detail in a separate heading.
Now all the birds, animals, underwater spices, plants and all living articles are spending their life in Bhog Yoni. Even as per Sanatan Hindu Dharam it is explained that even the Parvat (Hill) have the life and it grows very negligibly and it has a very long life, perhaps that is why in Hindu Religion when one has to give instance of a long life then it is always said PAHAR JESI JINDGI. The Jeev (the Living spice) has to spent time in the different Yoni as per their Karams in Manav Yoni- means Karam Yoni.
Some people say that by killing the animals and eating them they are helping the bird or the animals to come out of the Bhog Yoni. No doubt it decrease the Bhog of the bird or the animals but it increases the PAAP KARAM (BAD WORKS) of that person. He will have to suffer for the rest of the Paap Karam of that animal which that animal or the bird has done in his Karam Yoni and could not complete his Bhog since that person has killed that bird or animal.
Here some people say that they have neither killed nor cooked the non-vegetarian foods so they will not be responsible for the act of the Butcher or Cook. But they forget one thing that Butcher and Cook are killing or cooking the Non-vegetarian food for the reason of running their livelihood and the person who is eating is doing it for the taste. So the person who is eating the non-vegetarian food is the main culprit no doubt the Butcher and cook are also responsible for their part of Bad Karam as they would have chosen some other work.
In some religion it is not mentioned that killing animals or eating the flash is a bad thing but we must see that these acts do not come under the PAAP when it is done to save their own life. For example when the 10th SIKH GURU- GURU GOBIND SINGH JI were fighting with the Mughals in Guerilla War and were living in the forests and it was risky for the Sikh soldiers to come out of the forests and bring the foods then it was allowed by the Guru Govind Singh to His followers to kill and eat the meat other wise no where in the Sikh Religion it is permitted. And in every Lunger only Vegetarian foods are allowed and the person who took The AMRAAT(WATER OF LIFE) does not usually take non-vegetarian foods.
Some people may say that when even the plants have the life then why eating them is not non vegetarian. In this context we may see that the plants have the very low grades of feelings towards the life and even about this in Hindu religion the various Panths has different restrictions about the use of these plants. As breaking the vegetables and fruits those has not Pakka (ripped) also comes under the category of a sin unless it comes down of itself under the effect of any natural Calamities like storm or flood etc. In the Jain Panth of Hindu religion the vegetable only which grows under the earth and only when it comes out of itself (Potato etc.) is allowed. It means one should give the least pain to others for getting the energy for life Bhojan(food).
Some people may say that some animals are killing the other animals and why they do not get the Paap. The answer to this question is that they are already in their Bhog Yoni's and can do only a limited Karam for their life. For example the Lion can not cook food and is provided with only one nature in his Genes by the ALMIGHTY GOD that is to kill the other animals and eat. He can not eat grass also and further he can not cook the flash and has to take it in its raw form. Similarly the cow can not eat flash as it is not provided in her taste Genes so she can only take grass. It is only mankind who can grow vegetable, foods and cook them since they are in the Karam Yoni. Mankind is given the liberty to act according to their own wish. In mankind one can develop the taste according to circumstances and thinking. Mankind is also given by the God or Mother Nature to run the life and help the other spices to run their life. Some people gives the arguments that if we do not eat the chicken etc then the population of the chicken will increase tremendously the answer to this is that the nature will always maintain its balance and if more chickens will be created then the dogs will not have to go for rotis and cats will not have to come to our kitchen for milk. Also otherwise to keep the nature balance if once the disease is spread in the chickens then thousands of chickens will die in one instance.
The modern science also says that when we eat a flash and it goes our intestines and our body tries to digest it then always there is threat that it may not create ulcer due to the friction between the flash of the non vegetarian food and our intestines. Most of the vegetables and the serial foods have very little hairs on their surface and when we eat them it works like a brush between the two surfaces and wipe out all the extra particles stickled to our intestine and help us in digesting that food. So like that it is always advisable spiritually and medically that one should adopt the vegetarian life style
