Gay casting director told me, 'I want to see your c**k' - Ayushmann Khurrana admits facing casting couch

Recently, Ayushmann Khurrana admitted that he faced casting couch. And went on to reveal an incident when he was asked to show his "c**k" during a casting process.

Ayushmann Khurrana who made his Bollywood debut with John Abraham's Vicky Donor. And over the years he has carved a niche for himself as an actor, a star with a quirk, with a difference. Recently, Ayushmann revealed in a recent chat show that he has faced casting couch during his struggling phase and went on to reveal how a casting director once asked him to show his c**k.

Talking about his struggle in Bollywood and a weird film audition, Ayushmann said,

There was this gay casting director, who asked me, 'I want to see your c**k. Can I just feel you?' I started laughing. I was like, 'Kya baat kar rahe ho yaar? Are you serious?' I said no, it's not happening like that. Give me lines, I can give you the audition, this is weird.

He further revealed that the guy was like, "How you are not from the industry? How would you survive in the industry? You have to do these things."

Since the time the Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, casting couch has come at the forefront. While some Bollywood actors have denied its existence, some like Ayushmann Khurrana come out in open and call it out in public. Another thing that stands clear after Ayushmann's revelation is that women are not the only one who face sexual misconduct, men face it too.

On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana will see back to back release in a span of 14 days in Sriram Raghavan's Andhadhun and Junglee Pictures' Badhai Ho. While Andhadhun releases on October 5, Badhai Ho is slated for an October 19 release date.
