Disha Patani is not just a gorgeous actress. The diva is also known to be a fitness freak who has wooed us time and again with her envious body.
This time, the actress gave us a sneak-peek into her training session with action trainer Nadeem Akhtar, which, once again, proved how flexible she is.
Disha shared a video on her social-media page recently, where she is seen acing a front flip over a board.
To perform a front flip, one needs a complete control over one's body, and immense balance for an appropriate landing, without any injuries. And you will only realise how the actress has mastered the art once you see the video:
Disha's skills in martial arts are not unknown, at least to her fans. Earlier too, the actress left us dumbfounded by nailing a front flip by jumping off a trampoline.
