Moment of relief for the young mother as baby comes back to life.
Any married woman would agree to the fact that becoming a mother is one of the most amazing feeling in the world. Even though the whole process is tiresome and you feel like giving up, it turns out to be extremely rewarding.
The high and lows that you go through during the parenting stage will drive you insane at some point. But dealing with unprecedented circumstances prepares you better for dealing with different situations in life. Having a kid to look after brings great changes with your life but the positive things include better time management skills and increased patience.
Dealing with nine long months of pregnancy along with a strict diet to ensure your baby’s health is not something everyone has the patience for. Especially if you are a smoker or drink a lot, you will need to practice a lot of self control. Avoiding parties is also a good idea so you do not get affected by passive smoking.
Another essential is exercise and proper amount of sleep. Both these things ensure good health for your baby but overdoing either may lead to extended periods of feeling tired or bloated. Staying active during pregnancy is important as it helps everything in your mind and body stay regulated. Moreover, exercise is known to treat stress related symptoms, curing weight-related issues. Your body cells also undergo a turnover so your blood circulation improves which in turn cures any skin conditions. Your mind also stays sharp and active. The most common exercises for pregnant women are Pilates, yoga, swimming and early morning walks.
There are many complications related to pregnancy, but you can save yourself from them if you take good care of yourself. For example in this video below, you can witness a mother crying happy tears as she thought that all the care she took in 9 months was gone in a blink of an eye as her baby failed to respond for 15 minutes after coming out of his mother’s womb.
