Islamabad: A Pakistan court on Wednesday requested that an Indian lady, who was allegedly forced to marry a Pakistani man at gunpoint, be ousted to her nation, a media report said.
Equity Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani was hearing requests documented by Uzma, a specialist, and Pakistani national Tahir Ali. While Uzma had asked for to be repatriated to India, Ali had made a request to be permitted to meet his significant other.
Uzma was asked by the Islamabad High Court to meet her Pakistani "spouse", Ali - which she won't.
The HC guaranteed Uzma, who hails from New Delhi, that she was allowed to come back to India anytime and would be escorted to the Wagah Border with police security, Dawn daily paper announced.
She has charged that her travel records were stolen by Ali.
News organization IANS cited sources as saying that Uzma will be ousted to India on Thursday.
Uzma had appealed to the court on May 12 with the demand and had presented a restorative report, demonstrating that her little girl was experiencing thalassemia - an acquired blood issue portrayed by unusual hemoglobin creation - and she direly expected to come back to India.
Uzma and Ali apparently met in Malaysia and experienced passionate feelings for, after which she made a trip to Pakistan on May 01 by means of the Wagah Border. The two contracted nikkah (marriage) on May 03.
