The Center told the apex court that it will expand the due date for obligatory Aadhaar to profit social advantages to December 31 from the prior September 30.
Lawyer General K Venugopal put forth this expression for the Center's sake in the court.
On June 27, the deadline for mandatory Aadhaar for social advantages was before stretched out to September 30 from June 30.
Supreme Court in a decision on August 24 had secured the Right to Privacy as an essential directly under the constitution. Following this, the Unique Identification Authority of India(UIDAI) had reestablished that connecting of Aadhaar to Permanent Account Number (PAN) was as yet required.
Every one of the due dates that have been endorsed under the Aadhaar Act, Income Tax Act or tax evasion runs still must be clung to as those laws are legitimate, according to the administration, since Aadhaar Act is a substantial law go by Parliament.
