14-year-old Tanzeem Merani vows to unfurl Indian flag at Srinagar's Lal Chowk
Ahmedabad: The ongoing unrest in Jammu and Kashmir has neglected to falter the assurance of a Gujarat young person to raise the Indian flag in Srinagar.
Tanzeem Merani (14), hailing from Ahmedabad, has pledged to hoist the tricolor at Lal Chowk in Srinagar on the event of Raksha Bandhan, which falls on August 07.
Merani said she needs to praise the celebration with warriors posted in the Valley.
Strikingly, Merani had endeavored to spread out the tricolor in Srinagar on August 15, 2016. Be that as it may, she was banished from doing as such.
"Last time, I was ceased at the air terminal itself, and I needed to spread out the banner there. Notwithstanding, I will ensure I do it this time at Lal Chowk," said Merani.
