Arun Jaitley to hold pre-Budget consultations with states today
New Delhi: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will hold pre-spending discussion with a few states on Wednesday.
In the pre-spending meetings with the state ministers, Jaitley will hear their desires from the Union Budget, which is probably going to be introduced in Parliament on February 1.
In the keep running up to spending plan, Jaitley has officially held standard discussions with agriculturists, industry chambers, market analysts, and banks and budgetary foundations.
Amid the pre-spending meeting, the states are probably going to request expanded monetary support from the Center to manage demonetisation misfortunes and for midway supported plans.
Some regressive states are probably going to request unique classification status from the Central Government.
Likewise, to help people manage demonetisation, the states are probably going to ask Jaitley to dole out impetuses as higher pay assess exclusion and derivation restrict.
