Are you looking for some new, exciting destination to host birthday party or pre-wedding celebrations? Birthday party and pre-wedding celebrations on wheels, the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has launched an initiative allowing people to book individual Metro coaches for birthday or pre-wedding celebrations. The booking will cost prices ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per hour. The celebrations can be organised during operational as well as non-operational hours. Maximum 50 people including adults and children shall be allowed per coach for the event, NMRC said in a release.
Here is all you need to know about birthday, pre-wedding celebrations on metro coaches:
1)NMRC is offering services under four categories. Based on your requirement and number of guests, you can opt for any of them.
a)For undecorated coach plus running metro - ₹8,000
b) For undecorated coach plus static metro - ₹5,000
c) For decorated coach plus running metro - ₹10,000
d) For decorated coach plus static metro - ₹7,000
-As per the policy, those wanting to rent the metro premises have to fill an application form at least 15 days in advance.
-The moving coaches will be provided during operational hours while the static ones can be given during non-operational hours from 11pm to 2 am.
-People can book upto four coaches in a train, according to NMRC.
-For booking metro coaches for celebrations, the applicants would also be required to pay ₹20,000 refundable security deposit.
NMRC would be providing following support facilities to the applicant
-1 Center table would be made available to the applicant
-Arrangement for dedicated dustbins and 1 housekeeping staff
-Supervisory Staff as deemed appropriate by NMRC shall be deployed
Prior to NMRC, similar offer has already been made available to the public by Rapid Metro Gurgaon, Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation and Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation
