Infosys seeks nod of board for share buyback
New Delhi: India's second biggest programming major has looked for consent from shareholders for share buyback. For this the organization has looked for endorsement of shareholders to change Articles of Association.
As per the Infosys postal ticket see, transferred on the organization's site, "Energy to buy its own value offers or different securities by method for a purchase back course of action has been incorporated and arrangements identifying with selection office for shares by a shareholder have been embedded.
As of now TCS and Cognizant have thought of share purchase back program previously.
