J-K govt orders mass promotion of school students in Kashmir valley

The authority said the legislature has deferred off the Term-2 examinations for the understudies of all classes including eighth, ninth and eleventh for all administration schools and the perceived tuition based schools of Kashmir for the present scholastic session.

"As a result the new scholastic timetable for the schools might start in the Kashmir valley forthwith," he said.

The authority said the before government arrange on scrapping of "No Detention" approach for classes 5 to 9 should now produce results from the timetable year 2017.

Schools in the Valley went on a two-week summer occasion on July 1 however couldn't continue working because of the distress which was activated by the slaughtering of Hizbul Mujahideen leader Burhan Wani alongside his two partners in an experience with security drives in a town in Kokernag zone of south Kashmir's Anantnag locale on July 8.
