Medium earthquake hits India-Bangladesh border

A medium earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter Scale hit India-Bangladesh outskirt area on Friday with its epicenter in Meghalaya.
As per the National Center for Seismology, the shudder happened at 6:34 PM at a profundity of 10 km.
The Northeast district is known to be a high seismic zone.
