No impact of demonetisation on GDP outlook

"Gross domestic product numbers will be around 7.5% in the second quarter, that has been our projection and we see no adjustment in the number yet we will amend our second from last quarter projection..the demonetisation practice will negatively affect the development figures," DK Joshi, chief economist, Crisil.
While think tanks shift on the quantum, the hit could be anyplace between 0.4%-0.5% for the second from last quarter, the second quarter will have no effect. In any case, National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) – an exploration unit under the back service has anticipated a withdrawal.
