1. Hatu Peak
 
 
This is a one day's trek that offers an unparalleled view of the Kanchenjunga range at 11,000 feet. On your route you encounter the Hatu Mata Temple, Dhumari, Jaubagh- that is a large grassy meadow filled with deodar trees and nature’s unstinting beauty, that you shouldn’t miss to capture. It's famous for its apple orchards and snow covered peaks.
 
2. Stokes Farm
 
 
A popular apple orchard, that offers a livelihood to the farmers in Thanedar, this place is known for its delicious red and golden apples and apple-based products like jam, syrups and wines. A pleasant drive in the beautiful weather makes the trip all the more memorable.
 
3. Kacheri 
 
 
Located 7 Kms from Narkanda, this offbeat attraction is popular for the Mahamaya Temple dedicated to Lord Kali and is an ideal spot for meditation. Equally popular is the Tani Jubbar Lake which adds to the charm of this place along with the bordering dense forests. You should definitely enjoy a family picnic by the lakeside when here.

 
 

4. Negi Dhaba (The New Himalaya Dhaba)
 
 
This hidden away, modest joint serves up some delicious food that you shouldn't miss when in Narkanda. Try the Rajma Chawal, Mushroom Masala and Meat Chawal cooked up in pahadi style. The Dal Makhani and Paneer Bhurji with Parathas are equally delightful. 
 
5. Skiing At Narkanda
 
 
A skier’s paradise where the season is from mid December to early February, skiing in the snow-capped & lofty Himalayas is a must do. The place is loved for its deep valleys and exhilarating slopes, best suited for skiing!
