The Association needs the Center to hold chats with Hurriyat pioneers. To that, the Center told the court it will talk just to those people who are lawfully allowed to hold chats for individuals' sake.
The summit court then asked the J&K Bar Association to submit to it the names of important individuals who can hold chats with the Center. The SC additionally said it would guide the Center to hold chats with applicable partners in the state just if there is an initial step from the general population whose cause the Bar Association is embracing.
