Toni Nadal reveals what he doesn

Tennis - The Rafael's uncle also spoke about Nadal's retirement

Toni Nadal was interviewed by the Spanish agency EFE and spoke about several interesting topics, both about his nephew Rafael and other players.

How does a sportsman like Nadal keep the motivation after so many years? 'You are motivated and excited when your effort is worth. If he is the same and sees that loses positions in the rankings and things do not work, he would leave. He has the luck to have a motivation associated with results, so it's everything easier.'

When Toni sits on the sofa at home to watch tennis, aside Rafa, which player does he like? 'I like how (Roger) Federer hits the ball and his talent, even if I don't like the fast way he goes. I like to see (Novak) Djokovic when he plays very well, it seems to me almost unbeatable. In general, I like to see who gives everything and plays an amazing shot.'

Would he be available to coach a different player than Nadal? 'It's very difficult because people combine me to Rafael. I am not a normal coach, I am a coach who is part of the family. It would be tough to help someone to play and win against my nephew. Maybe for some tournaments, depending on who he is, I would say yes. But for the whole year, no.'
