Unbelievable! Pakistan batsman pulls out of South Africa series citing reasons of Black Magic

Pakistan batsman Haris Sohal has said that he has been affected by Black Magic in the ongoing series against South Africa after which he decided to pull out midway.

As absurd as it might sound when reading for the very first time, Pakistan batsman Haris Sohail has pulled out of the ongoing series against South Africa citing reasons of Black Magic. Pakistan, who are currently playing three-match Test series against South Africa in South Africa, have lost the first two Test matches with the third one scheduled to start from January 11.

Sohail further went onto say that black magic was the cause behind his knee injury which he survived in the ongoing series against the Proteas after which he was forced to return to Pakistan. What is even more interesting is that while he was expected to visit a rehabilitation centre for treatment upon his return, the Pakistan cricketer instead went back to his home directly. The team management on its part did not reveal the exact reason for of his omission from the series.

At a time when Pakistan cricket is just moving up the ranks in international cricket, the ongoing Test series against Pakistan did not quite go the way they wanted with these back to back Test losses. And now this kind of irrational behaviour from one of their players has just added to the woes of the team.

Also, this is not the first time when Sohail has behaved indifferently, Back in 2015 when Pakistan were touring New Zealand, the left-hander changed hotel rooms due to the presence of supernatural powers. He was later ruled out of the tour due to injury.

Meanwhile, Pakistan have announced their ODI squad for the upcoming five-match series. Mohammad Amir has been recalled into the side keeping in mind the upcoming 50-over World Cup in England. The management has selected a core group of players who will become the strength of the team ahead of the start of the marquee tournament. The ODI series thus is a perfect platform to get some match practice ahead of the start of the tournament.
