Coconut Ladoo With Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

1 cup grated fresh coconut
2 tblsp Semolina (Sooji)
1/4 cup Whole Cream Milk
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
2-3 green cardamom (shelled and powdered)
1/4 cup nuts chopped (pistachios, almonds, cashews)
For garnish:
1/2 cup grated coconut


How to make coconut ladoo with condensed milk :

1.In a heavy bottom pan dry roast the semolina. maintain stirring it continuously and as soon because it begins to get barely brown and a rich aroma is released take it out and keep apart.
2.In this  pan dry roast the grated coconut also.
When the coconut gets slightly roasted add the semolina, powdered cardamom and the milk.
3.Mix well till all the milk is absorbed and the semolina gets cooked.
4.Now add the condensed milk and nuts and cook till it becomes a thick pulp.
5.Switch off the flame and keep it aside till the mixture has cooled down enough to be handled with bare hands.
6.In a wide tray or plate sprinkle the grated coconut for ladoo.
7.To make the ladoos grease your palms with some ghee or oil and now take a small lump of the mixture and roll it out in a smooth surface. There should not be any cracks.
8.Once done roll the ball on the grated coconut so that the whole ball is covered with it.
9.Put them in plate and let them stay untouched for few hours.
