Builders have a new mantra: homes for millennials

In the following four years, 65% of India's populace will be less than 35 years old and it is, along these lines, not surprising that millennials are figuring in many designers' future arranging systems. "We imagine that key passage urban areas like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad will have a catchment for Lyf. These urban areas have a situation which underpins development and where imaginative people flourish. Prestigious relaxation markets like Goa and Pondicherry that draw in residential and worldwide millennial voyagers, will likewise be a decent base for the Lyf mark in India," says Ajit Koushik, Ascott's region general administrator for India.
