Immigration ban fallout: Trump replaces acting US immigration and customs chief
President Donald Trump on Monday supplanted the acting head of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a leftover from Barack Obama's organization, as he struggled mounting aftermath over his questionable movement orders.
No reason was given for the choice to supplant Daniel Ragsdale, declared scarcely a hour after Trump let go another Obama nominee, acting lawyer general Sally Yates, for breaking rank over the restriction on explorers from seven Muslim-greater part countries.
Ragsdale's replacement, Thomas Homan, will help "guarantee that we authorize our movement laws in the inside of the United States reliable with the national intrigue," Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said in an announcement.
