Scientists have recently discovered that one of the daggers found in the Egyptian King Tutankhamun’s tomb is made of a metal that comes from elsewhere in the universe.
It seems that the latest analysis has revealed the amazing fact that King Tutankhamun’s dagger is made of a rare metal probably from a meteorite.
The rare metal from which this dagger is made cannot be found anywhere on Earth. This dagger was discovered in 1925, only 3 years after Tutankhamun’s tomb was uncovered.
Renowned archaeologist Howard Carter had a moment of inspiration and realized that there were two daggers hidden in Tutankhamun’s wrappings.
Most archaeologists have agreed that this metal, which the Egyptians called “iron from the sky”, probably comes from a meteorite that fell to Earth and was recovered by the Egyptians.
