As recent as now LinkedIn revealed that many of the nation’s top companies do not require employees to have bachelor’s degree making us all come one step closer to working at our dream companies like Google, Apple and more.
 
 
Here are the top 20 jobs according to LinkedIn that can get you into your dream company based on your talents and without a degree.
 
1. Mechanical Designer
 
Over 26.4% of mechanical designers do not hold a four-year degree certificate and are 7.7X more likely to have only a high school or an associate degree than average company workers.
 
2. Electrical Technician:
 
Best friends with electronics, over 25.4% of electrician technicians do not have a four-year degree and are 7.4X more likely to have either a high school or an associate degree compared to average company workers.
 
3. Chefs:
 
An approximate of over 24.9% of masters of cooking does not have a four-year degree and are 7.3X more likely to just have a high school or an associate degree compared to average company workers.
 
4. Manufacturing Technicians:
 
An estimate of about 18.7% of manufacturing technicians do not have a four year and are 5.5X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to average company workers.
 
5. Telecommunication Technicians:
 
Over 18% of people in this field do not have a four-year degree and are 5.3X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than average top company workers.
 
6. Computer Network Technicians:
 
17.3% of the gurus of modern day gadgets do not hold a four-year degree and are 5.1X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than average workers at top companies.
 
7. Information Technology Technician:
 
17.3% of the Information Technology technicians do not have a four-year degree and are 5.1X likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than average workers at top companies.
 
8. Food & Beverage Specialist:
 
 
13.8% of f&b specialists do not have a four-year degree and are 4X likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to average company workers.
 
9. Technical Support Specialist:
 
13.4% of people in the field do not have a four-year degree and are 3.9X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to average company workers.
 
10. Drivers:
 
Over 12.6% of drivers do not have a four-year degree and are just likely as 3.9X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than average workers at top companies.
 
 

 
 

11. Public Safety Officer:
 
Responsible for the safety of the public over 12.5% public safety officers do not hold a four-year degree and are 3.7X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than average top company employees.
 
12. Cashier:
 
Responsible for the daily transactions of money, over 11.7% cashiers do not have a four-year degree and are 3.4X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than an average employee at a top company.
 
13. Customer Service Representative:
 
10.8% of customer service representatives do not have a four-year degree and are 3.2X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than the average worker at a top company.
 
14. Network Operation Analyst:
 
10.7% of people in the field do not have a four-year degree and are 3.1X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree than average top company employees.
 
15. Insurance Agents:
 
Over 10% of the insurance agents do not have a four-year degree and 2.9X more likely to hold just a high school or an associate degree compared to average top company employees.
 
16. Cosmetologist:
 
9.7% of the cosmetologists do have a four-year degree and are 2.9X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to average company workers.
 
17. Information Technology Coordination
 
Over 9.7% of IT coordinators do not have a four-year degree and are 2.9X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to top company employees
 
18. Marketing representative:
 
9.4% of the marketing representatives do not have a four-year degree and are 2.8X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to an average employee at a top company.
 
19.Healthcare Assistant:
 
8.7% of healthcare assistants do have have a four-year degree and are 2.5X more likely to have just a high school or an associate degree compared to an average occupant at a top company.
 
20. Retail Consultant:
