BJP makes its first real estate investment in Kashmir, near Geelani's residence
Reinforcing its base in Kashmir, the decision Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) has gone for its first real estate investment in the trouble-torn Valley. The conservative party has marked an "assention" to purchase a private house on the high-security Airport Road in Srinagar. Situated in Hyder Pora area, the 2-storeyed-house lies close to the living arrangement of senior separatist pioneer Syed Ali Shah Geelani.
Official sources in legal aware of the arrangement said that the gathering selected "understanding" with the real proprietor of the property, while very nearly 80% installment has been made. Sources said the BJP will "claim the working through a trust."
Till now, the gathering works from a legislature claimed convenience, a house at J-1 Jawahar Nagar in south city. Sources said that the deal deed for the new working around Kanal land would be marked in the coming days.
